Return & Exchange Policy

At Derm Care Pvt. Ltd., customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure that all our skincare products meet the highest quality standards. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policy is as follows:

Return & Exchange Eligibility:

  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.
  • Items purchased during sales or promotional events are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless received in a damaged or incorrect condition.

Process for Return & Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, message us on our social media platforms or email us at [email protected]
  2. Provide Proof: Share clear pictures/videos of the damaged or incorrect product along with your order details.
  3. Approval & Processing: Once approved, we will arrange for pickup or replacement within 7 working days.
  4. Refund Policy: We currently do not offer cash refunds. Approved returns will be compensated with a replacement product or store credit for future purchases.

Important Notes:

  • For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange request if the product does not meet our policy conditions.
