5. What products does Derm Care offer?
Face washes, treatment creams and serums (acne, aging, brightening), eye, sun, and lip care, hand and foot care, hair care, plus goal-based Bundles.
6. Are Derm Care products suitable for all skin types?
Most are formulated for a wide range of skin types, including sensitive skin. We'd still recommend a patch test, and a dermatologist check-in if you have a specific skin condition.
7. How do I know which product or bundle is right for me?
Match it to your main concern; acne, ageing, dullness, dryness, dark circles on our Bundles page. Still unsure? Message us on WhatsApp or social media.
8. Can I use multiple Derm Care products together in one routine?
Yes, our Bundles are pre-combined for exactly this. For individual products, check the usage directions on each product page, or ask us.
9. Should I do a patch test before using a new product?
Yes, especially with actives like acne or brightening serums. Apply a small amount to your inner arm, wait 24–48 hours, and proceed only if there's no irritation.
10. Where can I find the ingredient list for a product?
On each product's page under Shop, on social media. Need more details before buying? Just message us.
11. How should I store my Derm Care products?
In a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always check the expiry date printed on the packaging.

12. How do I place an order?
Browse Shop or Bundles on dermcare.com.pk, add items to your cart, and check out or order directly via WhatsApp.
13. Do I need an account to order?
No, though creating a free My Account profile lets you track orders and check out faster next time.
14. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us right away by phone, or WhatsApp. We process orders within 24 hours, so changes are easiest before dispatch.
15. Can I order bundles and individual products together?
Yes, just add everything to your cart before checking out.
16. Do bundles offer better value than buying products separately?
Yes, bundles combine complementary products at a better combined price.
17. Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes, we call you for confirmation of your order. Without confirmation no order is delivered.
Payment
18. What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders up to Rs. 10,000. Orders above Rs. 10,000 require at least 50% advance online payment before dispatch.
19. Is COD available across Pakistan?
Yes, nationwide for eligible orders (up to Rs. 10,000).
20. How do I confirm online payment?
Send a screenshot of your payment receipt and order number to our WhatsApp number for instant confirmation.

We currently deliver across Pakistan.
22. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24 hours
(excluding weekends/holidays).
Delivery times vary depending on your
location. We aim to deliver your order within 4-7 business days.
23. Is shipping free?
Yes, on orders above Rs. 5,000. Orders
below Rs.5,000 shipping charges apply at checkout.
24. How can I track my order?
We'll share tracking details once your
order is dispatched. For updates, message us on WhatsApp.
25. What if I'm not available to receive my delivery?
Make sure your phone number is correct at checkout. Our courier will contact you to coordinate and typically attempts three times for delivery if you're unavailable.
26. Do you ship outside Pakistan?
Not currently, delivery is within
Pakistan only.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
27. What is Derm Care's return and exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect on delivery. Request within 3 days; the item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Sale items are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.

29. How do I request a return or exchange?
Message us on WhatsApp with photos/video of the issue and your order details. Approved requests are processed within 7 working days.

Contact us within 3 days with your order details and we'll sort it out.
31. Will I get my money back?
We don't offer cash refunds, but approved returns get a replacement product.
32. Can I return a product I've already opened or used?
No, for hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products can't be returned.
33. Do I get my delivery charge back if I return something?
No, unless the return is due to our error.
